The United States Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency (RMA) operates and manages the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCICR), which provides crop insurance to America’s farmers and ranchers.  Chad Sheridan, CIO of the RMA, recognizing the importance of his agency’s mission to support an essential workforce began to look for ways to improve agility and speed in business processes.   This case study tells the story of Sheridan’s vision and the steps he and his team took to get there.  You can download the case study here.
