The Federal CIO Council is forming a new ‘innovation’ committee, while the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is releasing a telework toolkit.  In addition, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) plans on crowdsourcing Internet usage data, and lawmakers want to establish a national park on the moon.
